一、退換貨政策

作品中若有是從無到有,完全為貴賓客製化的作品,即不適用消保法19條規範內的網購7日的鑑賞期規定,且為刻字、英文字母鋼印買賣契約,加購/下單此商品視為買方同意並自願遵守賣方此商品裡的所有規範條;另外,字母經確定後不得更改,請再三確認再跟我們說唷。

賣場作品,除了一般作品,客訂製作的作品一律無法退換貨,為保障雙方權益,寄出作品前我們都會錄影留存。

除非經客服判定為作品重大瑕疵,也請於收到作品後3天內一定要私訊客服處理。為符合退貨資格,作品必須是未使用過並與您收到時的狀態相同, 且保留原完整包裝、隨包裝附上的收據、購買證明(保固卡),否則不予退貨。

收到您的包裹後,我們會盡快進行處理程序,包括通知您已收到退回的作品,並將對其進行檢查。

完成檢查商品後,我們將立即通知您退款事宜。

如果您的退貨獲得批准,我們將向您的信用卡(或原始付款方式)退款,具體收到退款款項,取決

於各發卡銀行/機構的政策。

二、退貨運費

經客服判定為作品重大瑕疵的作品,我們將負擔您退回作品的運費,台灣境內請使用中華郵政包裹或7-11店到店 、全家店到店寄回,非上述物流寄回將不予補貼。

三、維修運費

賣場提供作品售出後一年內之保固服務(非經人為破壞),我們會負擔來回各乙次的運費費用,台灣境內請使用中華郵政包裹或7-11店到店 、全家店到店寄回,非上述物流寄回將不予補貼。台灣地區以外的區域,請事先跟客服聯繫。

請保留完整包裝,並隨包裹附上的購買收據、購買證明 保固卡)。

若作品售出後非保固範圍,貴賓除了需自行負擔維修費,亦須自行負擔來回寄件費用。

1. Return and exchange policy

If the work has custom-made engravings or steel stamps with English letters, the 7-day appreciation period for online purchases specified in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act does not apply, and it is a sales contract with engravings or steel stamps.
Adding an additional purchase/order to this product is deemed to be the buyer's agreement and voluntary compliance with all the seller's specifications for this product. In addition, the letter couldnot be changed after it is confirmed, so please think twice before telling us.

All works in the store are non-returnable and exchangeable. To protect the rights of both parties, we will record the works before sending them out. Unless the customer service determines that the work has major flaws, please be sure to send a private message to customer service within 3 days after receiving.

To be eligible for return, the work must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and must retain the original complete packaging, receipt attached with the packaging, and proof of purchase (warranty card), otherwise it will not be returned.

Once we receive your package, we will proceed with the processing as quickly as possible, including notifying you that the returned piece has been received and will be inspected.

We will notify you of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting the item. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card (or original method of payment), subject to the policies of each issuing bank/institution.

2. Return shipping charges

For works judged by customer service to have major flaws, we will bear the shipping costs for returning.Within Taiwan, please use Chunghwa Post Parcel or 7-11 store-to-store or FamilyMart store-to-store shipping. Subsidy will not be subsidized if goods are returned by other than the above logistics.

3. Repair freight

Our store provides warranty service for the work within one year after it is sold (unless by man-made damage), we will bear one round trip shipping cost.
Within Taiwan, please use Chunghwa Post Parcel or 7-11 store-to-store or FamilyMart store-to-store shipping. Subsidy will not be subsidized if goods are returned by other than the above logistics.For areas outside Taiwan, please contact customer service in advance.

Please keep the complete packaging and the purchase receipt and proof of purchase (warranty card) included with the packaging.

If it is not within the warranty period, in addition to the maintenance costs, customer also needs to pay for the return shipping costs.
