一、權利歸屬

本網站及 Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design 官方社群平台上的所有內容，包括作品設計、手繪設計稿、3D 設計圖、作品照片、影片、文字，以及品牌名稱與標誌，皆為 Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design（設計師 Lin Hao Pei）所有，受中華民國著作權法及相關智慧財產權法令保護。

二、使用限制

未經本工作室事先書面同意，請勿以任何形式重製、轉載、修改或作商業使用上述內容，也請勿仿製作品設計，或將設計交由第三方製作。

三、客製與高級訂製作品

訂製作品完成交付後，貴賓擁有該件作品實體的所有權。除雙方另有書面約定外，作品設計、手繪稿及 3D 設計檔的著作權仍屬本工作室所有。設計檔案原則上不另行提供，也請勿將設計交由其他店家或工廠複製或再製。每一件訂製作品都是為您獨一無二的設計，謝謝您與我們一同守護這份心意。

四、分享與典藏

歡迎貴賓與喜愛我們的朋友分享作品照片於個人社群（非商業用途），並標註 @Nuoviaggio (IG)或註明出處，這是我們最珍惜的回饋。經貴賓同意後，本工作室得將完成的訂製作品收錄於網站「典藏」作品集及品牌社群中展示。

五、權利保障

如發現侵害本工作室著作權或智慧財產權的行為，本工作室保留依法追究的權利。

1. Ownership

All content on this website and on the official social channels of Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design belongs to Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design (designer Lin Hao Pei). This includes jewellery designs, hand-drawn sketches, 3D design renderings, product photographs, videos, text, and the brand name and logo. All of it is protected by the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Restrictions

Without our prior written consent, please do not copy, reproduce, repost, modify or commercially use any of this content in any form. Please also do not replicate our designs or have a third party manufacture them.

3. Bespoke & Special Orders

Once a commissioned piece is delivered, the physical piece is yours. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright in the design, sketches and 3D files remains with Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design. Design files are not provided by default, and the design may not be reproduced or remade by another jeweller or manufacturer. Every bespoke piece is created uniquely for you, and we thank you for helping us protect it.

4. Sharing & the Collected Portfolio

You are warmly welcome to share photos of your piece on personal social media for non-commercial purposes, with a tag or credit to @Nuoviaggio (IG). It means a great deal to us. With your consent, we may feature finished commissioned pieces in the "Collected" (典藏) portfolio on our website and on our social channels.

5. Protection of Rights

Nuoviaggio Jewellery Design reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its copyright or other intellectual property rights.
